It is the Client's responsibility to verify whether the Regulation applies to them and to take the necessary steps to comply with applicable legislation.
Furthermore, MARYLISE MIRABELLI is in no way responsible for the processing of data carried out during purchases made on Facebook or Instagram Shopping. This data is collected by third-party websites and not by MARYLISE MIRABELLI.
8. HOW LONG DOES MARYLISE MIRABELLI KEEP YOUR DATA?

MARYLISE MIRABELLI retains the Customer profile, transaction data, and all other data for as long as the MARYLISE MIRABELLI account is active.
