  • After-sales data: after the purchase of a MARYLISE MIRABELLI product and if you are looking for after-sales service, we will collect the following Data: reason for return, photographs or information provided on the products, contact name, quantity, subject, description, proof of purchase (yes/no), date of purchase, final action taken, date of return; 
  • Connection details: In accordance with the choice provided regarding cookies (if applicable), when you use our Site for informational purposes only (for example, you do not register, make a purchase, or submit your Data through the Site), your internet browser automatically collects and transmits to us certain basic information relating to your use of the Site.   • Marketing Data (Information collected when you subscribe to the MARYLISE MIRABELLI newsletter or other marketing communications): If you subscribe to our newsletter or other marketing communications to receive information about MARYLISE MIRABELLI collections, products, campaigns, trade shows and other events, we will collect marketing data through the subscription form, such as consent to receive communications, consent to share/merge data, channel preferences, areas of interest (Perfumes & Beauty, Minerals & Wellness).

7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROCESSING

Within the framework of their contractual relationship, the parties undertake to comply with the applicable regulations governing the processing of personal data and, in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, applicable from 25 May 2018 (hereinafter, "the Regulation").

It is the Client's responsibility to verify whether the Regulation applies to them and to take the necessary steps to comply with applicable legislation.

Furthermore, MARYLISE MIRABELLI is in no way responsible for the processing of data carried out during purchases made on Facebook or Instagram Shopping. This data is collected by third-party websites and not by MARYLISE MIRABELLI.


8. HOW LONG DOES MARYLISE MIRABELLI KEEP YOUR DATA?

In addition to providing you with the best possible services, we believe you should benefit from personalized treatment and excellent customer service.

MARYLISE MIRABELLI retains the Customer profile, transaction data, and all other data for as long as the MARYLISE MIRABELLI account is active.

Data purging mechanisms are in place to ensure the effective deletion of data once the retention or archiving period necessary for fulfilling the specified or required purposes has been reached. In accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, concerning information technology, data files, and civil liberties, you also have the right to have your data deleted, which you can exercise at any time by contacting the Publisher.

Customers can request the deletion of their account at any time via their account or the contact address.

However, MARYLISE MIRABELLI may retain certain information for safety, security, and fraud prevention purposes. For example, if MARYLISE MIRABELLI deactivates a customer's account due to dangerous behavior or conduct contrary to public order, morality, or the rights of third parties, MARYLISE MIRABELLI may retain certain information about that account to prevent the customer from opening a new one later.
