RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY

1) Right of withdrawal

MARYLISE MIRABELLI intends for Customers who are not satisfied with the Products ordered to be able to exercise their right of withdrawal under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code under the best possible conditions.

Therefore, the Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision, up to fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products by the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier designated by the Customer.

The Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal by informing MARYLISE MIRABELLI of their decision to withdraw by sending, before the expiry of the fourteen (14) day period referred to in the preceding paragraph, the withdrawal form provided by MARYLISE MIRABELLI in Appendix 1 (link here: Appendix 1) or any other unambiguous statement expressing their intention to withdraw to the following address: contact@marylisemirabelli.com

2) Return procedure in case of exercising the right of withdrawal 

Each product must be returned new, unopened, with all its tags attached and in its original packaging.
MARYLISE MIRABELLI will not issue a refund if the products returned by the customer do not correspond to the product(s) ordered or if they did not originate from the MARYLISE MIRABELLI online store.

For health and hygiene reasons, certain cosmetic products and earrings cannot be returned to MARYLISE MIRABELLI. Sealed cosmetic products are not eligible for return if they have been unsealed by the customer.

 

The returned product must be accompanied by the return form, duly completed and signed.

If the package is lost or damaged during the return shipment, the cost of the damage is the responsibility of the customer.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods.

Any damage to the product may entitle you to a partial refund.  

  

The Product which is not returned within the time limits and conditions mentioned above will not be refunded or exchanged by MARYLISE MIRABELLI.  

 

In all cases, MARYLISE MIRABELLI cannot exchange Products ordered on the Site. Gift cards are neither exchanged nor refunded, except in the case of defective products.  

 

A full refund of all sums paid for the returned Product(s), including delivery charges to the Customer, will be issued using the same payment method used when the Order was placed, within fourteen (14) days of the date of receipt of the Buyer's withdrawal request or, if later, (i) the date of receipt by MARYLISE MIRABELLI of the returned Products or (ii) the date on which the Customer provides proof of shipment of these goods (whichever is earlier). If the Customer returns only some of the ordered Products and not all of them, the delivery charges will not be refunded.  


MARYLISE MIRABELLI undertakes to refund the sums received for the Order within fourteen (14) days. This period begins on the earlier of the following two dates: (i) receipt by MARYLISE MIRABELLI of the returned Product or (ii) receipt by MARYLISE MIRABELLI of proof of shipment of the Product by the Customer.

The Customer is responsible for retaining proof of return, which implies that the Products must be returned by registered mail or any other method that provides a verifiable date of shipment. Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the Customer.
