Vishuddha

The throat chakra, or Vishuddha, is the center of communication and sincere expression.

It is located at the base of the neck.

When it is unbalanced, it manifests as a lack of self-confidence, honesty and courage, as well as difficulty expressing one's thoughts and feelings.

A balanced throat chakra promotes relationships and listening to others and to oneself, creativity, artistic expression as well as the spontaneous and sincere expression of one's thoughts.
