Heart Chakra

Anahata

The heart chakra, or Anahata, is associated with unconditional love.

It is located in the center of the chest, just above the heart.

When it is out of balance, it leads to difficulties in relationships with others, fear of commitment and displays of affection, as well as feelings of jealousy, loneliness and resentment.

A balanced heart chakra will bring love for self and others, compassion, generosity, and promote forgiveness and emotional harmony.
