California White Sage

Burning sage is an ancient Native American spiritual custom that is recognized for its purifying, therapeutic, and fragrant properties.

Use

Turn off all electromagnetic waves around you so that you are in complete calm.

You can now light your sage, let it burn for a few seconds then blow on the flame so that the smoke spreads around the room.

Purification must be done with the window closed, room by room.
